How to enable Developer Console
Turning on the developer console in Sons Of The Forest is slightly different than in the first version of the game (The Forest). In SOTF, you need the Cheat Engine and a unique table that you use to activate the developer console in the game, it’s easier than you think.
- Download and install Cheat Engine (at least version 7.5)
- Download Cheat Table and run
- Start Sons Of The Forest, load a save game
- In the Cheat Engine program, press the computer icon (upper left corner of the program) and select Sons Of The Forest (if the program asks you to keep the existing table, press “Yes”)
- Press the square (box) at the bottom of the program under the word “Active” and wait until the program activates the script
- Activate the developer console (tick the box if the text on the right does not change to Enabled – change it manually by double-clicking on “Disabled”)
- Press F1 in-game to activate the developer console
