American Truck Simulator – How to turn on Adaptive Cruise Control

To turn on the adaptive cruise control, which will automatically slow down if you approach the vehicle in front of you and possibly activate emergency braking, you must have the console with developer commands turned on – check the guide on how to turn on the console in American Truck Simulator.

To enable adaptive cruise control and emergency braking, enter in the console:

• g_emergency_brake [0-1] (0 – off, 1 – on)
• g_acc [0-100] (distance between 0-100 in meters, preferably set to 30)
• g_acc_sens 20 (checking time, preferably set to 20)
